A personalised week centered around you and your family. This week aims to address the biological, psychological and emotional aspects of becoming a mother as well as equipping you with lifelong skills.

Joined by Dr. Annabelle Frost Obstetrician Oxford and Sara Jackson of SJ Health Nutrition, London.

Set in an 18th-century chateau away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life, this retreat brings together a novel mix of yoga, fitness, medicine, nutrition, and massages. You will reconnect with your partner, family members and build a solid foundation for your baby’s development.

Throughout your stay with us, we have an onsite creche facility, with highly trained nannies. Offering you and your family member or partner the chance to eat and exercise without being disturbed by your little bundle of fun. Giving you time to reconnect with other adults in the same situation of becoming a new mother and the chance to discuss your experiences, struggles, and giggles.
