Paul Reilly Iyengar Yoga joins us for both weeks. A great yoga to calm the mind, center the body, balance your digestive system and alleviate stress.

Paul offers the wisdom of Iyengar practice; Paul discovered Iyengar yoga over 25 years ago while living in Sydney Australia. The benefits and genius of the Iyengar system were immediately apparent and continued to inspire me.

I have traveled widely to study and explore yoga with many teachers including several extended trips to India and the Iyengar institute in Pune.

Fitness training with Lise With over 20 years of professional experience in the industry, Lise Metraux is a master. She has been devoted to fitness since a young age, competing as a runner with the UK sprint team, taking part in Olympic Lifting events for England and more recently as a CrossFit Athlete in the United Arab Emirates.

Now as a Trainer, she uses her extensive skills and experience to help others — daily fitness sessions giving you a workout suited to your needs and fitness level which you can continue at home.
